Dispatch & Delivery

 UK ORDERS

UK Delivery is free on all orders over £30, otherwise a standard delivery fee of £2.99 is applied.

We aim to despatch online orders placed Monday to Friday within 24 hours. If an order is placed over the weekend, please allow an extra 24 hours for processing. At busy times, such as promotional periods or Christmas, dispatch times may be slightly longer. At such times we will dispatch on a first come first served basis. You should receive a confirmatory email once your order has been dispatched.

 

We provide express UK delivery on all orders (tracked). This means your order will normally be with you within 48 hours following dispatch, but it can take up to 3 working days. Please consider this time frame when placing your order. Whilst we make every effort to deliver your order within this time frame, we cannot be held liable for any loss incurred to you by late delivery.

 

If you do not receive a dispatch email within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us. Similarly, if you do not receive your order within 4 working days of your dispatch email, please contact us and we can check the status of your order. You will be provided with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. During busy periods as stated above, please allow extra time for dispatch and delivery.

 

If products are returned to us undelivered, we will refund you the price of the product(s) minus £5 to cover delivery and administrative costs.
