Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your order. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer free UK returns on all orders.

You can cancel or return your order at any time up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

To arrange a return, please email info@dundeecandleworks.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’re happy to offer free UK exchanges on candle orders. Just let us know which item you’d like instead when you request your return, and we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll email you a prepaid Royal Mail return label. If you don’t have access to a printer, we can also send you a QR code which can be scanned at the Post Office to print the label for you.

Once we receive the returned item(s) in their original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 working days. Please note that diffusers can only be returned or exchanged if unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Gift sets must be returned in full. Partial returns are accepted on most orders — please just let us know which items you are returning.

Damages and Issues

We take pride in ensuring your products arrive safely and in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving it so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

We will also cover the cost of return postage in these cases. We recommend using a delivery service that provides a signature to ensure we receive the returned goods.
