The Jute Exchange

Return six Dundee Candle Works jute bags and we’ll send you a complimentary 180ml candle. Bags can be any size; tags are helpful but not essential. You cover return postage.

For every six bags you return, you’ll receive one candle. There’s no limit: 12 bags earn two candles, 18 earn three, and so on.

The Jute Exchange began after customers asked whether their jute bags could have another use.

Every new online order still arrives in a fresh jute bag. We check returned bags and use suitable ones for photography, gifting and other studio jobs. Bags we can’t reuse are recycled.

How it works

1. Collect your bags
Hold onto your Dundee Candle Works jute bags after enjoying your candles. Once you’ve collected six, you’re ready to exchange. Any bag size is welcome; tags are helpful but not essential.

2. Return them to us
Package up your bags and send them to the address below. Please include your full name, email address and delivery address inside the parcel so we can send your reward. We’ll use these details only to send your reward candle and won’t use them for marketing unless you’ve opted in.

3. Enjoy your complimentary candle(s)
We’ll send one complimentary 180ml candle for every six bags you return. Choose a candle from our Marmalade collection, or let us know if you’d prefer one of your other favourites, subject to availability.
