Jute Exchange: Return Your Bags, Receive a Candle

At Dundee Candle Works, we're proud to embrace sustainability in every detail — from our natural coconut wax to our reusable jute bags. With our new Jute Exchange scheme, you can now return your bags and be rewarded for your part in reducing waste.

How it Works:

1. Collect 6 Bags (preferably with tags, but not essential)
   Hold onto your natural jute bags after enjoying your candles. Once you’ve collected six bags of any size, you’re ready to exchange.

2. Return Them to Us
   Package up your 6 bags and send them back to us. Please include your full name, email address, and delivery address inside the parcel so we can send your reward. (we’ll use this information solely to send your reward candle and will not use it for marketing unless you’ve opted in)

3. Enjoy a Complimentary Candle
   We’ll send you a free 180ml candle from our marmalade collection as a thank you.
